By accessing or using the Bizro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

You may use our services only as permitted by law and these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Ensuring any content you submit does not violate third-party rights.

Our services are offered on a subscription basis and billed according to the plan you select.

• Payments in India are processed via Razorpay. International payments are processed via Stripe.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account and services.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform remain the property of Niyantras Bizro or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the services without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding twelve (12) months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
